The fact in the society shows that not all people with high degree are having good skill and on the other side, not all people with low educational degree are having poor skill. What is needed in a job is skill and educational degree is just like a prestige. Skill can be found in experienced people and people who want to learn, not people who learn all things theoretically. Unfortunately, in some working field, the industry is demanding for an educational degree.

It is an unfortunate situation for people who have enough skill, but they don’t have the opportunity to get formal education. Well, actually this is an unfortunate situation for the industry as well because they have missed the opportunity to hire skillful people to support their business. Since the real implementation in the working world is skill, then it should not be a problem if we buy degree.

A contribution of an employee is not determined by how high his/ her degree is, so as long as we have the skill, buying educational or life experience degrees will not be a problem. The certificates are only used to open the gate for a working chance and in the end skill becomes the number one consideration.
