Peter Bauert is a business entrepreneur that has more than 15 years of experiences in growing company’s assets. He held many executive positions in different companies such as EVP Strategy & Operations at FAST from 2002 to 2007. FAST is the leader of virtualization and automation software. Under his guidance, FAST grows to become the leading service provider in the industry. FAST has been considered as one of the most profitable computer software companies in the industry.

At present, he is the CFO and COO of Parallels. He is in charged of the finance and accounting department as well for IT and legal departments. Before he joined Parallels, he was also the CFO at SalesDriver and was the VP Corporate Development at a company called CyberGold.
